World Environment Day ’24

To celebrate World Environment Day 2024, I travelled to Cloncannon Biofarm in County Tipperary to interview Sean O’ Farrell.

Cloncannon Biofarm is located on the beautiful western slopes of the Devil’s Bit mountain. They are firmly committed to the principles of organic food production and strive to enhance the natural habitats on the farm. They keep bees, organic free range chickens, organic beef, vegetables and soft fruits.

Sean manages this 60-acre certified organic farm and holds a Master’s degree in Biodiversity and Conservation.

During my interview with Sean, we walked through the farm and discussed a range of topics including sustainability, climate change, cow dung, pig lifestyle and so much more.
