Welcome to my page! I am a content creator from north Tipperary, Ireland. With a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and New Media from the University of Limerick, I have substantial experience in radio, podcasting, voiceover, copywriting, content creation and social media.

As a freelance writer and broadcaster, I specialise primarily in health, lifestyle and travel related content. I have worked with RTÉ, the Irish Independent, IrishCentral, YOU Magazine, the Irish Daily Mail and Bauer Media Ireland to name a few.
